  • Use of the App is subject to ongoing employment or contract status with Soteria Solutions.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

  • Use the App solely for work-related purposes.

  • Not misuse, abuse, or disrupt the service.

  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or services not assigned to them.

Misuse may result in access suspension and further internal review.

4. Data Access and Responsibility

  • The App accesses Google Calendar data only with user consent and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring their calendar data is appropriate for workplace coordination and accessible by authorized systems.

5. Availability and Support

  • The App is provided "as-is" and may be updated or suspended at any time at the discretion of Soteria Solutions.

  • Technical support is available through internal IT channels.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Mind Well Ops, including source code, branding, and content, are the property of Soteria Solutions. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

7. Modifications to the Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Staff will be notified of material changes via internal communication channels. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
