Internal software applications developed by Soteria Solutions ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how the software handles user data, particularly data accessed through Google Calendar, for the purpose of supporting staff operations and well-being initiatives.

1. Data Access and Use
Accesses Google Calendar data to facilitate internal scheduling, coordination, and staff support. Specifically, the App:

• Reads staff calendar events to assess availability and improve scheduling.

• Creates, modifies, or deletes events as required for operational efficiency.

• Does not share, distribute, or sell any calendar data to third parties.
   

All access is limited to authorized Soteria Solutions staff and used exclusively for internal purposes.
2. Google API Services Compliance
Google Calendar API in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use provisions.
